About Cary Raffle

Since 1983, Cary has been a buying, selling and investing in real estate. Born in Brooklyn, he's also lived in Manhattan. He's experienced over 35 years of up and down markets in New York City and is a seasoned veteran of the toughest market situations . Cary sold his first apartment at the peak of the 1980s real estate boom and turned a 300% profit in less than four years. A few years later, he would begin managing and selling 30 apartments in a brutal market that was down 50% from its peak.

Cary spent 15+ years as Board President at coops and condos. He has been a coop Sponsor, a landlord, and a commercial and residential rental tenant. He has also been involved in the financing of apartments, homes, and buildings, including financial restructuring and workouts. His friends, coworkers, clients and Board members have sought his advice on every aspect of real estate buying, selling and finances. Cary's unique experiences make him a trusted counselor to his friends, and he is now available to you through RE/MAX Edge.

He is also passionate about fitness. When he isn't working on a real estate deal you might find Cary running, working out or training.
